3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Similarly, the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests on 77baj are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, for bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may be added.

3.4 Identity Verification

For security purposes, 77baj may request the necessary documents for identity verification before processing a withdrawal. 77baj reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

77baj offers a welcome bonus for new members. The full terms and conditions related to bonuses are given below:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, 77baj gives the user a 120% bonus on the deposit amount, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• A bonus may only be used on the games specified in the bonus offer.
• If any fraudulent activity is suspected, 77baj reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The general rules for betting and casino games on 77baj are given below:

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, network disconnection, or any other reason, 77baj reserves the right to void or recalculate that bet.
• 77baj's official records will always be considered final in determining the outcome of any game.
• When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the specific rules of the relevant sport will also apply.
• When participating in casino games, the individual rules of each game must be followed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77baj platform:

• Any type of fraudulent activity, such as software hacking, using bots, or manipulating the system by any means.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts.
• Using 77baj for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account in a third party's name or using another person's account.
• Communicating with other users or staff using aggressive language, threats, or harassing behaviour.
• Opening an account with false information or concealing one's identity.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

77baj reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• If the user violates these Terms.
• If fraudulent activity or system abuse is suspected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

Users may also contact 77baj's support team at any time to request account closure. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before the account is closed, however this may not apply if the closure is due to a breach of the Terms.
